On Saturday, March 7th, Jay Piscopo’s new
graphic novel The Undersea Adventures of
Capt’n Eli – Volume 3 and companion Sea Ghost action figure will be
released at Casablanca Comics, 151 Middle Street in Portland.
Jay will be doing free super hero
sketches and signing books from 11:00am to 2:00pm.
Casablanca will also have an exclusive in-store only live
feed of panel programming from comic publishers broadcast directly to their
store as a special in-store Comic Convention starting at Noon.
The long
awaited Volume 3 in the Capt’n Eli saga explodes when Eli and crew find
themselves trapped in a global war between the surface world and the undersea
Aquarian Empire. Lord Hydro’s giant war
robots threaten destruction to all the major cities on the planet unless Capt’n
Eli is caught and tried as a renegade for the kidnapping of Princess
Coral.
The aquatic
hero everyone loves comes to life! Sea Ghost was first seen in “The Undersea Adventures of Capt'n Eli”
and quickly became a fan favorite, appearing in his own comic book. Now
he’s available as an 8” action figure. Sea
Ghost has been named "one of the coolest" superheroes of the
seven seas by Robot 6.
